Call me Hot and Spicy!

What’s the one item in your kitchen you can’t possibly cook without? A spice, your grandma’s measuring cup, instant ramen — what’s your magic ingredient, and why?

My favourite spice would be chillies- any chillies for that matter- red, green or even capsicums. Wow, its a treat to the eyes seeing them stocked in different colours in the super markets. 🙂

And I feel lost without having used them. Well, maybe, a typical Indian taste! 🙂
